From Fourth of July celebrations and resident events to neighborhood happenings, World Cup excitement, and our annual Summer Digital Food Drive, there’s plenty to look forward to this month. Window Washing
Our community's window washing project will continue through the month of July. Balcony window cleaning is now anticipated to begin on Monday, July 13th. Keep an eye on your email for additional details & scheduling information coming soon!

Big Bay Boom Fireworks Show For The Big 250!
Celebrate America’s 250th birthday at the Big Bay Boom, one of California’s largest and most spectacular Fourth of July fireworks displays. The show begins at 9:00 PM over San Diego Bay and can be viewed from Coronado Ferry Landing, Harbor Island, Shelter Island, and the Embarcadero. Arrive early to secure a great viewing spot and enjoy this unforgettable Independence Day tradition.

North Coast Summer Digital Food Drive
Giving Back 🤍
North Coast Living's annual Summer Digital Food Drive is here! Running from June 29th to July 29th, helping support local food banks across the communities we serve. At ALX, donations will benefit Feeding San Diego Food Bank, providing critical resources to families throughout San Diego County. Every dollar donated can provide nearly three pounds of food and allows food banks to purchase fresh essentials like milk, eggs, produce, and meat. To maximize the impact, North Coast Living will match all monetary donations, doubling our community's contribution. Join us in donating to support neighbors in need.
