Summer Maintenance & Enhancements
Window Washing
Our community’s exterior window washing is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 8th, and will continue through the month. Balcony window cleaning will begin on Monday, June 22nd. Keep an eye on your email for additional details & scheduling information coming soon!
Pool Deck Refresh
We’re excited to share that pool deck enhancements are underway. Updates will include new lounge furnishings, refreshed wood decking, and a sleek outdoor TV — all thoughtfully designed to elevate your poolside experience!

When Pistachio isn’t enjoying weekend breakfast dates out by the pool or soaking up the rooftop sunshine, you can usually find him tucked into bed, wrapped up like the little king he is. Don’t let his tiny size fool you—this sweet pup has a huge personality, even bigger ears, and a serious love for cozy mornings and snacks.
