September is here, and what an amazing summer it has been! From yoga on the roof and movies too, we’ve loved making the most of the season with our ALX San Diego community. As we head into fall, we’re looking forward to another month of connection, wellness, and new experiences.

Kuro Matcha Morning🍵
The only thing more popular than living at ALX, is an iced matcha. 😂 Thank you SO much to the girls @kuromatchaofficial for treating our residents to their incredible matcha creations. Our fav was the strawberry fields with a strawberry and cream base + cold foam. YUM. Let us know in the comments on instagram if you'd like to see this event again!
National Dog Day
Yappy Hour Recap
National Dog Day was a tail-wagging success at ALX! 🐾 We loved celebrating with our residents and their four-legged friends at Yappy Hour, complete with treats, social time, and some of our favorite local pet partners, including @dogtopia_san_diego_eastvillage, @thedenpawspa, and @balboatothebay. A special shoutout to Dogtopia San Diego East Village, which is now enrolling for its opening Founders Offer—sign up now to lock in the special rate and receive one FREE day of daycare per week! Meet Shelby
Who’s the cute little princess sniffing everyone at the elevator? That’s Shelby. She’s named after the car because the zoomies come standard. She loves walks, runs, and belly rubs. The pink on her forehead? Mom’s lipstick. Because good girls deserve all the kisses. Her vest says, “Mama says I’m special.” She sure is. If you see Shelby, say hi! She’ll greet you with a smile and probably a quick sniff.
