I recently toured ALX with my wife and I have to say, I was really impressed. The place has a modern vibe, and everything looks well-kept and fresh. The one bedroom apartments are spacious compared to most downtown and the apartment interiors are timeless. The outdoor spaces are lush and peaceful, especially the gorgeous roof top pool. My wife was obsessed. Our leasing agent, Shelby provided a wonderful tour and was very knowledgeable of the building and location. She made us feel right at home. We are also avid Padres fans and love the convenience of being so close to Petco Park. We are definitely considering ALX as our next home and can’t wait to work with the team further!"
